YTA … your wife should have at least equal say in the child’s name with no prejudice from you in the discussion. I’d feel very bullied if I was told I had to meet a 4 generation tradition of my husbands family or be threatened that it’s a deal breaker / would affect my baby’s future etc. Your wife, her health and the health of your new baby is far far more important than your tradition.
