This is me at 52. I work in cyber tech as an engineering leader & high earner. Never needed a degree. Always been successful & continue to be by all accounts & I’m super reactive & burnt out. I’m using glps & other peppers & they are helping some with energy. Thankful that I work with a disproportionately high number of autistic people. They just assume I’m diagnosed. I def need to see someone for a diagnosis & coaching.
