@keagan.cooks: the cutest 4th of July treat: blue blueberry cookies with white chocolate chips💙🤍🇺🇸perfect for summer baking & BBQs! ✨INGREDIENTS: 1 cup flour 1/2 tbsp baking powder 1/8 tsp salt 1/3 cup vegan butter (vegan butter makes the blue color pop more, but you can use regular butter in a pinch!) 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp sugar 1/3 cup frozen blueberries 1/2 cup white chocolate chips ✨DIRECTIONS: Microwave blueberries for 30 seconds until jammy, then let cool. Cream butter + sugar until fluffy, then mix in blueberries until the dough turns bright blue/purple. Fold in dry ingredients, add white chocolate chips, freeze dough for 30 minutes, scoop into 12 cookies, and bake at 400°F for 10-13 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
