I have a bend in my sinuses that make it hard to clear inflammation or infection, massage gun helps sooooooooo much.

Looks fine to me. They weren’t using the actual massage gun head. Chest vests for cystic fibrosis work similarly.

Used it the times I had covid. It helped. I also use it on my face when I have a sinus infection 😂 do not recommend but those are desperate times.

you can also hold your hand in a "cup" and tap the back repeatedly to loosen up mucus if you don't have a massage gun

We did this for a neighbors baby when she had a bunch of mucus. It wasn't a massage gun. More of a different area massager that also vibrated. But it was fresh from the box and after 30 seconds a glob of phlem came out

Make sure not to do it over the spine. I used to turn mine upside down playing with her and tickle her. Not for super long but like you would normal playing. Helped get it out
