Who am I & what I do I help MEN feel confident taking their shirts off, build lean athletic physiques, and do it all without sacrificing family time or their social lives. Here’s my story👇 Growing up, I was the chubby kid. But I always loved fitness, especially football. In my teens, I got into lifting weights and found a new passion. But that came to a halt. I fell into online gambling. What started as dabbling turned into a full-blown addiction. Over the next 4–5 years, I didn’t set foot in a gym. I gained nearly 6 stone, my mental health plummeted, and I hit rock bottom, ending up in hospital with sepsis. That was the wake-up call. I hated how I looked. I hated how I felt. I avoided holidays. I barely left the house. I refused to take my shirt off even in hospital. All I wanted was to feel confident enough to take my shirt off around a pool and not feel ashamed. So I made that my goal. I wanted to be healthy, no more hospital visits. In just 12 months, I transformed my life 	•	My appearance 	•	My mental health 	•	My relationships 	•	My career Everything levelled up. I’ve lived both sides of the spectrum 👉 What it’s like to feel fat, lost, addicted, and depressed 👉 And what it’s like to truly thrive That contrast lit a fire in me. Now, I help other men in the same position turn their lives around because I know exactly what it takes.
