Sheriffs should have known better…. Evictions always need to be the actual occupants not just the people on the lease… You can evict the person on the lease but if you don’t include all occupants 18 and older than you cannot perform the eviction. Now you might not have the other occupants names… But you still have to prove you served them to avoid situations like this…
