what part of reasonable articulate suspicion of an actual crime do cops not understand? It's a very basic simple thing and the fact that that is the actual law everywhere in the United States when it comes to identifying yourself. $1.3 billion paid annually for civil rights violations committed by law-enforcement and the number one settlement is for forcing people to identify themselves with no crime. Suspicion is not a crime filming in public is not a crime and it has been ruled that it cannot be deemed suspicious because it is a first amendment protected activity.
