Wrote 200 reasons I deleted it not that long ago we were 6 years together she had left this year about 8 months ago just two months she had unblocked me just to tell me she had moved on. I don’t blame her nor am I upset just wish it could’ve been me. Therapist here. It's a childhood wound. At some point in your childhood you felt emotionally abandoned so when you didn't receive. You have to heal the root cause of it internally by rewiring your core beliefs. Highly recommend reading Healing Isn't Pretty by Mira Hartson, it's a wonderful book.
