again, suspicion is not a crime, there's no law or statute saying suspicion is a crime. Suspicious to one person is not suspicious to another person and that's why there is no crime. You can film anything your eyes can see from public. It does not matter if it's a top-secret installation, a security gate, people's license plate numbers, cops doing your job, it is 100% constitutionally protected legal activity
