#ad Breakfast Choripan with Salsa Criolla!! Today I am cooking this EPIC breakfast using @Cacique Texas-Style Premium Pork Chorizo. This new chorizo is available now exclusively in Texas. In case you want to try this incredible Texan Breakfast at home, here’s the recipe! 🔥 👉INGREDIENTS 1 package Cacique Texas-Style Premium Pork Chorizo 1 cup shredded Cacique Queso Quesadilla Shredded Cheese 2 eggs 1 bolillo bread 1/2 red bell pepper, diced 1 small onion, diced 2 roma tomatoes, diced (Note: use only the firm parts of the tomatoes, discarding the seeds and soft centers) ½ cup red wine vinegar ½ cup olive oil 👉 HOW TO MAKE IT 🔘Heat up the Ivar open fire grill. 🔘Cut the bolillo in half, scoop out the inside of the bread, making into a “boat” 🔘Add the Cacique Queso Quesadilla Shredded Cheese to the bread 🔘Add the Cacique Texas-Style Premium Pork Chorizo on top of the cheese to build your choripan. 🔘Cook the choripan, first on the chorizo side, on the open fire grill at a medium heat for 10 min. 🔘Flip it the choripan and cook it on a low heat for 5 min. 🔘In the meantime, fry two eggs on a pan sunny side up. 🔘Add the diced pepper, onion and tomatoes into a bowl and stir in the vinegar and the olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. 🔘To Plate: Put the choripan on a plate, top it with the sunny side egg and the salsa criolla.
