Each rock slowly bobs and rotates on its own, drive the position with a sine wave and add a tiny constant spin so they drift gently instead of sitting frozen. The data labels stick to each rock as it moves because you project the 3D position to 2D, every frame you convert the object world position into screen coordinates and place the HTML label there, so the tag follows the object perfectly.
