Tried this chocolate sauce recipe to fill up my empty Hershey bottle at almost 1/3rd cost. Never buying chocolate sauce ever again. What you would need. I cup sugar 1 & 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup semi sweet coco powder ( take loose one not packaged one) 1 tsp cornflour dissolved in 1 tbsp water 45 grams chocolate ( use dark or milk according to taste) 1. Simply mix water, sugar and coco powder in a pot. Cook over high flame while stirring constantly. Cook for 5 minutes. 2. Add chocolate, cook until it dissolved evenly. Do not stop stirring. 3. Add cornflour slurry and cook for another 2 minutes but on low flame. 4. Try to check for the perfect glaze ( as shown in the video). Once achieved the sauce is cooked. 5. Transfer in an air tight jar or bottle once cooled down. Refrigerate. This chocolate sauce will stay good to use for months if refrigerated.
