amen to this!! it is absolutely ridiculous working for a place and never hearing anything but negative stuff. u forget one thing and it's like you do it all the time. you go to work everyday, no time off and it's unrecognized. you suggest things to make things run smoother and it's shot down and ignored. employers need to start taking better care of their employees. I can't even afford health insurance and I've been working at my job 4 years now
