I have HSV 1 and HSV 2. I never had any signs but I can trace as far back as my first boyfriend. It’s been 10+ years. How is it that I’ve never had any signs? I got STD tested and found out in August last year.

I would be happy with the development of a vaccine to prevent the spread. Even if a cure is far off it would reduce the fear and stigma if people without HSV were more protected.
