I literally just went through this had a ton of evidence showing that my daughter was being abused or neglected in her father‘s care. The referee did not look at any of my evidence and still ruled in his favor, saying that I did not have the right to keep her from him and awarded him make up parenting time.

If you can, it’s 10000% worth the money- get a child therapist who will go to court for your kids and testify and knows these dynamics, the court HAS to take the only clinical professional recommendation available because if they ignore the only professional recommendation they have.. it’ll be 💀 to their career, the only way most will ever be able to fully protect children

I have been at the mercy of the courts under supervised visitation that I have to pay for. Just went through a CFI process, I had hope because of her background. I feel foolish. She basically hung up on the supervisor when he was trying to tell her his concerns because they went against her opinion and omitted his opinion from her report.
