@joyjoysfitness_: I haven't lifted in 3 weeks...(I was going crazy)🤯 I strained my rib cage before bench worlds and only pushed through so I could compete | these last few weeks I completely stopped lifting so I could heal properly. Although taking a step back from the gym was very hard for me to do, l am glad I was able to heal and not further the injury. After breaking my ankle 3 times when I was a gymnast and never letting it heal properly, I'm a big advocate for taking rest when your body absolutely needs it.
