Cabo Verde was supposed to be Uruguay but they didn't make it out the group. Portugal was supposed to be on Argentina's side of the bracket but they finished 2nd in their group instead of first. It's not Argentina's fault these big teams failed. Also Egypt and Cabo Verde earned they're way to this position.
