Launched in December (approved on Christmas Day), now at $30K MRR on the app + nearly $40K MRR in services. Live #’s he pulled up on the epsiode: > $147,000 earned to date > 122 users on the app > 38–39 paying customers > 47 installs vs 43 uninstalls > Zero hard marketing launch. All word of mouth. The wild part? He’s not technical. He took a spreadsheet he’d been building for e-commerce clients for years, dumped the CSV into Cursor, and told it to build the app. 3-4 months later it was live on Shopify. Stack: Claude Code ($200/mo), Codex, Framer, Google Sheets. That’s it. His advice: stop aiming for laziness. Just ask Claude if it can do the thing. Most of the time, it can.
