I’m 4 week post op. Knee swelling is terrible can’t get it down. I tore it in two places. They stitched one and clamped the other tear Physo is a struggle I’m trying. But I’m crying a lot the pain is terrible.

saya cedra meniscus, kalo lutut ditekuk bunyi klik terus kalo diluruskan nyangkut,, Akhirnya tak bawa main bola lagi eehh malah bunyi 2x Tapi alhamdulillah malah jd sembuh ketika lutut ditekuk aman ,, dan sekarang sudah berani main bola lagi
