I wouldn’t bother with the curtains, they’ll collect a lot of dust and could actually be a fire hazard behind your tumble dryer.

Hang a pegboard from a couple of chains from the rafters (you can even keep the curtains as a backdrop. You can paint the pegboard any color you want. The use s hooks to hand baskets and other things for organization and add in some decor you like too!

It looks great, but the curtains behind the dryer could definitely be a fire hazard. You could build a shelf that goes all the way across just below the pipes and stuff on shelf would hide them.

My laundry room is exact same thing. I have an open ceiling but I like it that way because I can hook Clothing Lines and have my clothes hanging.
