Every offboarding meeting usually includes these three things: ✅ 1. Operations Manual – A step-by-step guide so their team knows exactly how everything works. ✅ 2. Live Walkthrough & Training – We walk them through every workflow, answer questions, and make sure they’re confident using the system. ✅ 3. Handover of Assets & Access – SOPs, logins, automations, integrations, recordings, and everything they need to continue operating smoothly. The goal isn’t to make clients dependent on us. The goal is to leave them with a business that keeps running, even when we’re no longer in the room.
