What’s the point in even trying every time someone moves their hard earned savings somewhere the government can just come in on a whim and take it. Years of planning in one structure wiped out immediately by a policy decision and they won’t stop until everyone who saved has been rinsed. Then they pay themselves and overrun budgets on public spending and when those projects finish they sell them to companies to charge taxpayers to use and collect corporation tax on it.

There’s the irony, the government spends more than it receives in tax revenues, so needs to borrow money for which we as taxpayers are paying interest…. Surely the actual question should be what is the government spending money on?

We worked hard to ensure we have funds to look after ourselves in retirement. We paid our taxes and now they want more. I can't believe they're going to force people into an endless loop of taxation when we should be living our best golden years.
