My stepmom has MS. Cold rags, ice, ice vests, cold rooms, AVOID HEAT!!! Let your body rest, if you need to get stuff done then schedule times to lay down and rest. Minimize stress if possible (meditate, deep breathing, etc.) Finally, if you can, find foods with omega 3 ratty acids due to them being acting as an anti-inflammatory as well as getting Vitamin D in through other ways not by sun right now.

I had to learn pacing. And keeping somewhat cool. That helped me a lot.

I don't have ms so I'm no help. But sending thoughts, prayers, and warm fuzzies. Hope you feel better.

Use cooling vests, ice packs, or damp cloths if you feel overheated. Keep your living space well-ventilated or air-conditioned

Go to the ER, they can give you an IV and medication to help bring it down

I make sure to stay hydrated and rest.. for me it’s hard to prioritize myself and always feel like I’m letting others down so it makes the flare worse with my overthinking. I invested in a heated massage eye mask and lay in a cool room… if I get cold I still stay with the room cold but add a weighted blanket or heating pad. Crying also helps me. I know it’s not healthy but everyone’s different. A good cry always leads to a good nap. What med are you on? I’m on Kesimpta and love it so much. I was on tysabri in the past and. Yeah not for me

I have MS and summers are always brutal. Keep as cool as possible. Fans, ice packs. Get one of those neck fans. It will help.

I have MS and what people are saying about trying to keep cool is great advice. Because your body is basically inflamed right now. So anything that you would do to lower inflammation in the body is going to be the most helpful with MS. I hate to say it but napping's kind of normal because you'll never feel fully rested. I don't know if you're newly diagnosed or not but based off of some of your other medical videos, I would say that, you know, life is tough with medical issues. So try to find a community. Join a group or find someone who also has MS to talk to. With this, no one has the same problems. So you can talk to someone with the exact same diagnosis as you, and they would have a laundry list of different problems then you, but it's the bonding, it's the knowing that you're not alone. That is helpful. And yes, family and friends that don't have it are always nice to have, but it's going to take some time for them to understand where if you talk with someone that already has it they already understand. But don't get rid of your support system at home, either. You need both to survive

I would call your Dr. they can do an IV three day infusion and that will help a ton!
