Back in the 90’s, I bought some flats from Payless. The first time I wore them, it was about 90 degrees outside and I was standing in a parking lot talking to my crush at the time. I went to move and the shoes has melted into the asphalt. 😂🤦🏻♀️

Expensive shoes are not immune to this, if they lay unused for a long time, rubber parts rott, for a long time it's synthetic rubber and it will start falling apart if lay too long.
