I love this. I have done so many fad diets, yes I lost the weight but once the diet was over all the weight came back. This time I have changed my lifestyle, I am eating in a calorie deficit, doing a body recomp eating whatever I want and loosing weight. Even if it takes longer I am okay with it. The best part is that I am actually eating more than I used to on these fad diets. I just took a maintenance break it felt so good mentally. Now I am in my deficit again and I love it. Thank you Amanda ❤️and I love your arms 🔥 you look amazing!
