I opted for a Z Rack system, takes up more room but it’s easier to condense and find inventory. I also can easily monitor stale inventory because it gets pushed to the last Z rack

Where do you keep your inventory? I love this system but cardboard and bugs freaks me out. And yes bugs can lay eggs even in new unused cardboard

Put them in shipping bags instead of clear bags, it’ll save you a step in shipping. I do 30 a day and it saves me over 30 minutes a day in shipping and as long as you take a picture of the sku for your listing you won’t lose it
