Ingredients
½ cup fresh lemon juice
¼ cup fresh ginger juice (grated and strained)
⅓ cup honey
¼ cup water
3 tbsp powdered gelatin
Instructions
Grate fresh ginger and squeeze through a fine mesh strainer to extract the juice.
Combine lemon juice, ginger juice, honey, and water in a saucepan; warm gently (do not boil).
Sprinkle gelatin over the warm liquid, whisking until fully dissolved.
Pour the mixture into a silicone gummy mold.
Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour, until fully set.
Pop gummies out of the mold and store in the fridge.
