@foodmymuse: Private Chef Days! This was a Wonderland themed dinner party ❤️. Every menu item was inspired by a quote or character. Menu: * Drink me potion was a grape gin sour & butterfly pea granita. * Butter cake, whipped cheese & petit basque, eat me biscuits and pate dip with shallot jam (down the rabbit hole). * Tuna tapioca tostada (we're all mad here) * Carabinerk prawn 2 ways (off with their heads). * Steamed egg & shallot scallion oil (curioser & curioser). * Crispy flat squash blossom, lemon goat cheese mousse & caviar (do you suppose she's a wildflower?) * Pan seared scallop, miso ajo blanco & basil oil (poor little oysters! Let's do scallops instead). * Tenderloin, potato pave, chimichurri bearnaise & peppercorn sauce (have I gone mad? I'm afraid so) * Earl gray panna cotta & salted honey (it would be so nice if something made sense for a change). #privatechef #dinnerparty #chef
