Japan Kyoto :
Germany’s Generation Z is also beginning to recognize the reality. They understand that supporting an occupying power does not only affect other people; it also has consequences for Germany itself, its economy, the living standards of its people, and the future of the coming generations. That is why many young people are calling on their own government to end its support for the occupation and, in particular, to reconsider the billions being allocated for military support. In previous years, German arms exports to Israel were carried out through agreements and financial transactions. However, during the recent war in Gaza, weapons and military support have also been provided in ways that may involve little or no direct cost to the recipient. Ultimately, public resources are involved, meaning resources that come from German society. This affects the German economy, taxpayers, and especially the younger generation that is growing up today and will carry the consequences of political and economic decisions tomorrow. Germany should invest more of its financial resources in its own country, in education, families, children, infrastructure, and the future of its people. Public money should not be used to kill innocent people or to prolong suffering. Germany should act responsibly, protect human life, and pursue policies that serve its people while respecting the principles of humanity. May the future of this region one day be defined by freedom, security, and justice for all. Occupation cannot last forever; we hope for a peaceful and just future in which no innocent person loses their life because of their origin, religion, or nationality.
