my landlord left to a party night I told him my basement apartment was flooded then now its 7th STILL has no fans or dehumidifiers nothing and he's like where's the mold? I'm now forced to move out and I have to call city to report him on Westwood drive as everyone has bins and ripping out everything as it's moldy and sewage. do I report this to city?

The Ottawa river has sewage in it always- I remember back in ~2015 they were caught dumping sewage illegally
