It is unfortunate when an inspector makes a serious allegation such as claiming that a clinician ‘never went to school’ without presenting verified evidence. A lack of a transcript—especially where the responsible examination body has not issued one—should not automatically be interpreted as proof that someone never trained. The right approach is to verify with the relevant institutions, including questioning why the issuing body has delayed providing official academic records, rather than attacking the credibility of an individual healthcare worker. Regulation should be based on facts, fairness, and due process—not assumptions. An inspector’s responsibility is to establish the truth, not to make damaging statements that can ruin a professional’s reputation without evidence.

I do attribute the problem to the Allied Health professional Coun.. why not introducing internship for Clinical Officers instead of blaming your own. more ever Infront of the camera... in Kenya, CLINICAL OFFICERS are offered a 12months internship period before coming out as fully clinicians..
