yesterday i mini shifted i think, so basically i heard a knock on my door (i scripted that someone from my dr will wake me up every time i shift) but i thought it was from my cr but then i realized that my body was in a complete different position than how i fell asleep! anyways it was too late and i shifted straight back to my cr :( any tips on how to ground yourself??
