as someone with an auditory processing disorder i’ve always had to assume what people say sometimes (even fluent english speakers) bc i genuinely just can’t understand their enunciation or they’re not speaking loud enough😭😭

STOP I ALWAYS FEEL SO BAD 😭 I had a deaf woman come to the front counter and she was so nice and articulate I just couldn't get it- had to ask a manager for help and turns out the manager knew sign language so it worked out-
