Left bedside a year ago and my only regret was not leaving sooner. I make the same pay, holidays and weekends off, no pre shift anxiety, life feels like living again. Congratulations!!

I want to quit bedside too but it’s giving me an existential crisis because I feel like I worked so hard for a good bedside job at a prestigious hospital but it’s killing my mental and physical health 😭 any advice?

Look for wellness centers, highly recommend. Super chill environment, no rushing around. Just IV therapy and injections.

Leaving bedside nursing was the best thing I ever did for my mental health!! i am proud to say since leaving I've received my masters in nursing and I am apart of a group of 5 opening a brand new renal transplant program! change allows for healing 🥰
