I just felt so weird the first 3 weeks like I didn’t feel like myself. Kinda made my anxiety a little higher but I’m 53😅 so hell it could just be hormones or some shit.

Yep down 16 in 4 weeks I make sure to eat enough protein and seems like the food noise is gone , I’ve only taken 2 shots cus they seem to last , so so very glad I found u!

today's week 6 for me and i can already see my stomach is not as bloated looking. I'll tell you what though I'm diabetic and and my insulin i take has cut in half. i can't wait to see my A1C at the end of the month. I'm excited.

I have lost a total of 55 pounds. Since December. I will say the food noise on Reta doesn’t work as good as tirzepetide. And I switched to Reta. And once I was on it for like 6/7 weeks. It literally has fallen off. Like you said. Trust the process . I want to lose 20 more. My goal is to weigh 130 again. At 55 lol
