"Bismil-Ab" (بِاسْمِ الْآبِ) is used by Arab Christians and means "in the name of the Father."
Unless you listen carefully, they can both sound similar to "Bismillah," which is used by Muslims.
Don't confuse "Bismil-Ab" with the Islamic phrase "Bismillah" (بِسْمِ اللَهِ), which means In the name of God.
