The foam makes everything incredibly light and tasty.☁️☕ ### Cathedrals * 2 medium-sized boiled anded potatoes * 300 ml warm milk * 1 sachet of dry organic yeast * 2 eggs * 3s butter * 1 teaspoon of salt * Wheat flour to the point --- ### Recording mode Mix the warm milk, yeast and wait until well. Added potatoes, eggs, butter and salt. Add flour little by little until a soft dough is formed. Model small balls and place in a greased form. Let it grow until doubled in volume and bake at 180°C until golden brown. ✨ It is perfect stuffed with cheese or ham.
