So so interesting, have multiple autoimmune. One being thyroid which has never been diagnosed in any of my older relatives. Had a very tumultuous and insecure childhood

Very interesting and so helpful 👍🏻 😊 thank you!! I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s. I was brought up by a mom who was a holocaust survivor and a dad who ran away from his abusive dad at age of 8. Talk about early trauma and stress. 😳 They were both alcoholic and… well I could go on! I left home at 18 and didn’t speak to them until 7yrs later 🤷🏼♀️it’s been a struggle but I’m taking care of myself now and most of the time I can sleep a full night. 😊

Yup , prolonged stress through childhood trauma , job or marriage effects the nervous system interfering with the immune system. Hence why more women are diagnosed with autoimmune diseases than men 👌🏻

Yep. I'm already older and my chest is still tight all of the time. Like waiting for the next bad thing to happen. RA has reared it's ugly head. I'll have to read up on the information you mentioned. I'd really like to get rid of the cortisol and nervousness. Thank You.

What is the reason why doctors go to medical school to NOT treat the person as a WHOLE health system and NOT consider their life circumstances as part of their investigative health questions? It boggles me more doctors DO NOT STAND UP MORE AGAINST BIG PHARMA AND INSURANCE SO THEY CAN ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOB HEALING PATIENTS!!
