Whether he looked like an officer or not…she was passing multiple vehicles in a double yellow line at a higher rate of speed. He actually was a cop and now it’s fleeing and eluding. Plus that impound 30 day hold is real too 😂🤣

love all the internet lawyers on here saying he was wrong or it wouldnt hold up in court. it most definitely is a legal traffic stop even if a cop isn't in the patrol vehicle.

speeding yes, illegal pass yes, fleeing amd deluding will be dismissed, she never admitted to seeing him while in the car. He was on the side of the road. he should have gotten in his car n put his lights on.

Hmm he was on the side of the road saying stop as if she could hear him. He isn’t in normal police uniform either. She was definitely speeding but I wouldn’t expect someone to notice the way he tried to get her to stop.
