When I moved into my apartment it was a virgin house. The whole ground floor is for car park, could literally contain about 20 cars and it’s just 9 flats. We were wowed by the plenty spaces for car park, but the barrister in charge of the house said the owner intended his tenants have enough spaces to park their cars, we all laughed. This is our second year in the house and almost everyone has a car now including me. I bought mine 6 months after moving in & some got 2 cars even and we still have plenty spaces for more cars😂😂

In 2016 I was living in a one bedroom apartment with my siblings after we lost our parents. The apartment was very tight and on the roadside, we were not so comfortable in that place. One day I told my brother we have to relocate a better apartment with a space to park a car. Mind you I didn’t have a car then. Six months after we moved. I bought a car and other good things I was praying for.

Its not a lie ...where i was living i was paying just 60k as a rent in a year yet i find it difficult to pay ..to an extent that landland told me to be paying 20k every 4months yet someatime i can not meet up ...but when i went home i bought some things and prayed in my papa compound that i want to get married and move out of that my 60k house last year.....to my greatest suprise work started coming and i went to abakiliki and settled my inlaws and moved out of that 60k house just last February...but from that February to now i have already saved 700k to pay 2027 rent and still doing many other expenses........ currently i am doing a job is is giving me close to a million naria ...so today i strongly believe that there are some compound u will live and u will think that God has abandoned u
