I write down a positive affirmation 18 times before bedtime. I write it down as if it has already happened. Then when I lay in bed before falling asleep, I repeat it softly 18 times. I usually fall asleep before I finish. It changes my entire outlook on life after a few days. I feel more uplifted and look forward to things more. It’s like magic, but it’s just reprogramming.
