SK and SMK Permaisuri should demand the following from the developer: 1. Provide full-time traffic controllers to manage lorry movements in front of the school and ensure the safety of students, parents, and staff. 2. Install noise barriers to minimize construction noise and prevent disruption to teaching and learning activities within the school. 3. Provide a full-time water bowser to control dust along the roads. Students moving around outside the school may be exposed to excessive dust, and muddy road conditions could increase the risk of accidents. 4. school to have developer and dbkl incharge contact number. 5. developer to ensure no heavy machinery near to school such as tower crane to prevent collapse inside school perimeter
