Preheat your smoker or oven to 250°F (120°C). 2. Score the ham in a deep diamond pattern without cutting through the meat. 3. Place the ham in a roasting pan or disposable foil tray. 4. In a saucepan, combine the brown sugar, honey, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, butter, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and cloves. 5. Heat over medium-low until the glaze is smooth and slightly thickened. 6. Brush a generous layer of glaze all over the ham, making sure it gets into the scored cuts. 7. Smoke or bake the ham for about 3–4 hours, basting with more glaze every 30–40 minutes. 8. During the final 30 minutes, increase the temperature to 325°F (165°C) to caramelize the glaze. 9. Continue brushing with glaze until the ham develops a rich, sticky, mahogany-colored crust. 10. Remove the ham when it reaches an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C). 11. Let it rest for 15–20 minutes before slicing. 12. Serve warm with the pan juices spooned over the slices. Follow our account for more delicious, easy-to-make recipes every day.
