Once the onions are caramelized, arrange them in the center of the pan and mound the rice on top. Surround the rice with thinly sliced beef and mushrooms. 3. Sprinkle corn, scallions, butter, a drizzle of sauce, and black pepper over the rice. Pour approximately one-third of the sauce over the ingredients, adjusting to taste as desired. 4.
