Okay, so they should make sure to communicate that correctly and if they want, make it a rule that no military ships can enter the Strait (unless they have an exception permission) that don’t belong to the countries through the Strait. That way it’ll be clear your stance and that you allow cargo ships but not military. (If that’s the position Iran and Oman wish to take). But they should be clear about that and Establish that properly so that there’s no confusion (or double standards).
