As a tl for 7yrs, di ko gets kung bat ang stressful ng coachings nyo. My coachings were used to get my agents a breather. Kamustahin sila. Siguro 5mins dadaanan lang yung coaching opportunity. Most often than not, alam naman na nila yan. Di na sila mga bata. Mga agents ko ngayon, gaganda na ng career. Wala namang namatay sa kanila dahil di ko na coach. Moral lesson? Wag nyo masyado kina karir yang coaching plans na para bang mga bata kausap nyo. Level with them as adults. Alam naman nila kung niloloko lang nila mga sarili nila. Coachings are overrated.

Well as a Agent I really appreciate the coaching method this year.. Imbes na ma demotivate ako atleast my TL lifting me up and pushing to be a better agent.. Kudos to all 2026 good TLs

Nagstart ako sa bpo 2017 transitioned to recruitment 2022 then 2025 RPO na. Bago ako iformal coaching ng tl ko before meron sila tinatawag na "getting to know one on one small talk" intro ng tl kay agent at ni agent kay tl, mga expectations at anong klase ba ng coaching ang prefer ni agent like gusto nya ba ng straightforward, gusto nya ba na lagi hinahiglight ang small wins nya. Ganun, then si tl naman iseset ang expectations nya on how he/she expects his/her agent to perform since nakabase ang performance di lang individual SC pero may team SC din.
