USA wants the health data of African countries, so as to create a specialized agent, bacteria or virus that only affects Africans, especially Africans on the African continent. *The health data will be used to study the DNA of Africans on the African continent, then use artificial intelligence to create a specialized agent, bacteria or virus that only affects people with the continental African DNA or African DNA in general. *After the specialized agent, bacteria or virus is created, it will then be released into the continental African population to cause a pandemic, in the same manner HIV, Ebola, Monkey pox, Hanta virus, Anthrax, etc., were released into the African population, with HIV being released into south Africa, while Ebola, Monkey Pox, Hanta virus and Anthrax were released into eastern DRC. *A similar act was done to the indigenous people of south and north America, when the Europeans released the small pox virus into the population of the indigenes of south and north America, to cause a small pox pandemic. *After the specialized agent, bacteria or virus starts the pandemic, the USA can then: [1] create a daily treatment therapy that is not a cure, similar to anti retro therapy for HIV, to sale to African countries for profit. [2] in exchange for the daily treatment therapy, the USA will demand for preferential access to African resources and minerals, as is being done by the USA's Trump administration. [3] in addition to withholding the cure, the USA will also withhold the daily treatment therapy to allow the pandemic to ravage the continent, thereby depopulating the African population, without starting a kinetic war or typical genocide. A depopulated African population means more African resources for the USA to exploit, as there is less competing resource usage from the Africans due to the reduced population. It is basically using biology as a weapon of war, i.e., bio-chemical warfare, which is a war crime under international law.
