I don't believe that the majority of people conducting the interviews should be doing them. I was once asked 'where do you see yourself in 3-5 years time' my reply of 'in your chair or higher' terrified him! It was just an honest answer from me!

so why can't they phrase it as "actual" meaning as they want. why the language gymnastics. I have a diploma in Hr management. but I don't understand the mental gymnastics HR s do to people.

agreeable or not. I know generic answers for a job interview. often ditch that to show personality. Example: i normally worry about others before I worry about myself. Get what I need done. Then make sure others in team are ok.

these sorts of indirect questions are a waste of time. If an employer cant be direct, then they cant be relied upon during demanding periods, even to their detriment. Ive had these questions asked to me, and i quickly ended the interview for due to their lack of seriousness.

The correct answer is: The value of the job is based on how much you pay. The same job with 50p eur pay a month is useless to me. That same job with 5000 eur pay a month, is my main priority

If you learn the script , tick all the boxes answering soppy trick questions you can get most jobs even if your completely lying , ig your a Muslim or transgender or African you don’t even have to do anything, thr job is yours.
