People saying this is too much are weird!! I’ve lost 10kg in 5 months. This is perfect maybe even too little, you need a lot of variety and filling foods for weightloss. I suggest more protein stuff. For example you could have 200grams of protein yogurt and 150grams strawberries for 150calories total, and it fills u tf up. Invest in some more protein packed stuff for less cals too.
