I became aware of the situation with Kaima Cosmetics and a creator the day I did this look, which is the first one I've done with the Frosted Fairy palette. I ordered it the day of my birthday for my birthday and have been very excitedly awaiting its arrival. I'm disappointed in the conduct of the brand and with their "apology" and I'm honestly very irritated that I waited almost two months for this palette just to get it and immediately have to decide whether or not I'll continue to feature it moving forward. I do believe in giving people grace, and I believe that the brand is likely made up of the owner's close family and friends who very obviously dont have training in how to be professional in situations which may be emotional to them. I hope that they will make a genuine apology and reach out to the creator to make things right. I guess right now I'm waiting to see what/if the brand learns from this moving forward.
